The qualities we look for
Genuine warmth for children and a calm, caring presence
Relevant childcare experience — personal, professional or both
English-speaking (additional languages are a welcome bonus)
Able to provide strong, verifiable references
First-aid training or certification is highly valued. If your certification is not current, Danish Nanny Agency may require you to complete or renew relevant training before certain assignments.
Professional, discreet and reliable in every interaction
Based in or able to travel to Copenhagen and North Zealand
